  3. Print color. If you print a 1 color design, the price is going to be alot less than 10 color design

So in the perfect world a 100, 500, 1000 White shirt with 1 color and 1 location is the perfect combination for a cheap custom t-shirt. We know that is possible for most shirt orders. White shirts get dirty quick and people prefer to wear dark color shirts now a days.

The issue with dark color shirts is its more expensive than white shirts. It usually cost $1-$3 more and its cost more to print. In example if you had to a design that is red ink on a shirt, on a white shirt its 1 color ink and on a dark color shirt, it will take white base, a flash hit and then the red ink. So as you see the process longer and takes more ink and time.
