Each department is backed by dedicated customer service representatives who guide you through every step of the process—from artwork and approvals to production and delivery. Your order is important to us, and we make sure that shows in both our communication and the final product.

Screen Printing

Our screen printing department continues to grow rapidly as we invest in new equipment and expand our production capabilities. We have added multiple new presses and plan to continue upgrading in the years ahead to better serve our customers. Our current setup includes four 8-color and one 12-color M&R automatic screen printing presses, two Rapid Tag automatic tagging presses, and an M&R i-Image CTS Imaging System, giving us the flexibility to handle everything from small runs to large-scale production. We primarily print using plastisol inks, while also offering other specialty inks for customers who need them.

Our production facility can produce hundreds of multicolor printed t-shirts per hour, allowing us to deliver consistent quality with fast turnaround times. Supporting our production floor is a full in-house art department that works directly with you to turn your ideas into print-ready graphics optimized for screen printing.

Embroidery

We are one of the largest embroidery operations in Southern California and one of the few shops with more than 50 embroidery heads. We welcome orders of all sizes.

Our embroidery department is equipped exclusively with Tajima machines, widely recognized as the industry standard for quality and reliability. Most of our machines are only 1–5 years old, and over the past five years we have added an average of one new six-head machine per year.

One of our newest additions is the Tajima T-Mark machine. We are among the few shops in Southern California to own this specialized equipment, designed specifically for high-output, heavy-duty 3D puff embroidery on hats. Built to the highest Tajima standards, this technology allows us to deliver exceptional results on complex embroidery applications.

We also maintain specialized equipment for embroidering most bag styles and have the expertise to do it correctly. With an average of over 10 years of experience per team member, our staff consistently delivers industry-leading quality and craftsmanship.
