Follow the steps below and include the required details so we can price your project accurately and keep production on schedule.
Step 1 – Choose Your Decoration Method

Step 2 – Send Your Project Details
Email your request to info@j6designs.com with the information listed below for your department.
Complete details = faster quotes + fewer revisions.
Screen Printing
Please include:
- Garment brand / style / color: Please check out INHOUSE CATALOG
- Total quantity + size breakdown
- Print locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.)
- Ink colors per location (ex: 3/3, 4/1) – If you don’t know, please send what you have.
- Artwork files (AI, EPS, or vector PDF preferred) – If you don’t have these format, please send what you have.
- In-hand date or event date – If any
- Shipping or pickup details
- Special inks (puff, metallic, reflective, poly/dyno, discharge, etc.)
Tip: Fewer colors and higher quantities lower your cost.
Embroidery
Please include:
- Garment brand / style / color: Please check out INHOUSE CATALOG
- Total quantity + size breakdown
- Logo size or placement (left chest, hat front, sleeve, etc.)
- Artwork file (vector or high-resolution image) – If you don’t have these format, please send what you have.
- In-hand date- If you have any
- Shipping or pickup details
Tip: First orders require digitizing fee. Stitch count affects pricing.
Vinyl / Heat Transfers
Please include:
- Garment style and color: Please check out INHOUSE CATALOG
- DTF vs Standard Heat Transfer
- Total quantity + size breakdown
- Placement(s)
- Names/numbers list (if applicable)
- Artwork file (vector preferred)
- Finish type (standard, glitter, metallic, reflective, etc.)
- In-hand date
Best for: Small runs, personalization, names and numbers.
Finishing Services
(Available for jobs using Screen Printing, Embroidery or Vinyl produced with J6 Designs)
- Folding or poly-bagging
- Size stickers
- Barcodes / UPC labels
- Relabeling or tag removal
- Hang tags
- Sorting by size/location
- Special packaging instructions
Step 3 – Receive Your Quote
- Pricing
- Production timeline
- Artwork proof (if needed)
- Shipping estimate
Incomplete information may delay quoting.
Step 4 – Approve & Deposit
- Approve estimate – Estimate will be converted to Invoice and can be Paid online.
- Submit required deposit- We need 50% to start the proofing process.
- Approve artwork proof
- Order will be placed on Queued and Production begin.
- Once its complete, you will received a complete email and reminder balance invoice online.
Production begins after approval and deposit.
Standard Turnaround Times
- Screen Printing: 5-7 business days
- Embroidery: 7-8 business days
- Vinyl: 5–7 business days
