Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator – Day, Swing, Night Shift Position Available!!
We are growing our business and are accepting applications for Automatic Screen Printing Press Operators (For t-shirt printing only). Applicants must have experience working with M&R Screen Printing Machines. We have brand new M&R Machines and we need someone to run them. We have a small shop that is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for the right individuals to join our staff. We currently have a great team that has been working together for 10+ years.
Personal Requirements:
Must be available to work overtime hours before or after your scheduled shift to run production on unexpected jobs that come in.
Transportation to and from work.
Great work ethics and be able to work as a team to accomplish tasks.
Skill Requirements:
Be able to make daily quotas.
Be able to lead a small team if needed.
Troubleshoot any issue that arises.
Need to know how to set up jobs and be lead printer on the machine.
Know different types of printing styles, i.e, water base, discharge etc.
Organize daily jobs.
We are not in need managers. If you are not willing to operate machines and run productions please do not apply.
